UF Corporate Head Quarters

Located in Zone 10, one of Guatemala City’s most prominent business districts, this corporate headquarters was designed for a leading company in the food industry. The project responds to the organization’s diverse operational needs through a flexible workplace conceived to adapt to growth and future expansion.

The design balances private workspaces with open, collaborative environments, providing privacy where required while maintaining visual connectivity throughout the office. This approach creates a more open and engaging workplace, encouraging interaction while preserving the functionality required by each area.

A significant portion of the program is dedicated to a flexible coworking environment. With many employees frequently working outside the office, shared workstations allow team members to use any available desk when they return. This dynamic model optimizes space, supports changing work patterns, and creates a more equitable and adaptable workplace.

Shared spaces are strategically integrated throughout the headquarters to encourage interaction, strengthen a sense of community, and enhance the everyday work experience. Greenery is incorporated as an essential element of the interior architecture, bringing nature into the enclosed workspace and contributing to a more welcoming, comfortable, and human-centered environment
